Due to the altitude and the favourable climate in Obergurgl, there are hardly any dust mites and the air is almost free of pollen. If you need bed linen for allergy sufferers, please contact the reception.

If you have arrived with an e-car, you are welcome to charge it at one of our charging stations. The charge will be applied to your room account.

In the case of a fire alarm or emergency, please remain calm. You will find the description of the escape route on the inside of your room door. Please follow the instructions of the hotel staff and leave the hotel as quickly as possible. Passenger lifts must not be used under any circumstances!

For safety reasons we do not lend out irons. However, we are happy to offer you our ironing service. We will collect your clothes from your room and return them freshly ironed to your room within one hour. Please find the prices under the heading Laundry Service.
Please put the laundry that you wish to have cleaned, together with your order slip, in the laundry bag provided for this purpose, which you will find in the wardrobe in your room. Please hang the laundry bag on the outside of your room door by 9:00 a.m. at the latest. The cleaning usually takes 24 hours.
We will be happy to bring your luggage to your room on arrival or collect it from your room on departure. This service is available between 07:00 am to 08:00 pm.
If you would like to enjoy the slopes or wellness area on your day of departure, we can store your luggage in our luggage room. Should you wish to freshen up before your departure, a changing room including sanitary facilities is available in the basement behind the reception.
In our rooms there is a main power switch next to the entrance door. To turn on the power, please insert your room card into the card holder. Please help us save energy and turn off the electricity by taking your room card with you when you leave the room. This will turn off all the lights in the room at the same time.

We will gladly park your car on our parking deck. If required during your stay or on departure, we will be happy to bring it directly to the hotel entrance. The parking service is available daily from 07:00 am to 08:00 pm.

Our ski depot is located next to the reception, where we provide a free locker for your skis, ski boots, poles and snowboards. Please follow the instructions inside the locker regarding the recommended order for storing items to ensure optimal use of space.
You can purchase your ski pass directly at the hotel reception or pick up the already purchased ski passes from the online shop of the mountain railways.
Whether it's skis, ski boots, poles, snowboards or clothing, you'll find everything your heart desires at the sports shop Riml Sports. The shop is located in Obergurgl, Piccarweg 5. They are also offering free shuttle service to their shop and back to the hotel. The reception team is more then happy to arrange the shuttle for you.

All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. Therefore, please smoke only outside the hotel. For unauthorised smoking in the room we will charge the applicable cleaning costs, but at least € 300,00.
Please note that smoking in the hotel will result in a fire alarm. The costs of a fire brigade operation of € 500,00 and more must also be charged in the event of an incident.

For the protection of the environment, we kindly ask that you hang towels back on the towel rail when you wish to use them again. If you have the need of fresh towels, please place them on the floor and we will be happy to make a towel change during the next room service.
